I need your help
I Have Avaya IP Office 500 with morethan 200 Users,last week i upgraded to Version 8 Firmware for all the IP Office as well as Handsets(9641G).
It got upgraded but after that all the trunk calls are disconnecting after 5 Mins also Redial & Calls through Contact are not working with 9641G touch screen after Version 8 Upgradation.We have to press call button always to make outside calls
Kindly help me on this.
