    Partner r7

    I have a avaya partner system r7 and i reset the password to the system thru the software, but we had a power an outage and i am locked out!

    I have a hyperterminal session going to the box istelf and have a login prompt but nothing seems to work? old password, new password... nothing? Any one could PM me and help me with the it would be greatly appreciated... thanks!

    You will need to work with an agent by opening a Service Request. Accessing a Partner ACS requires software not Hyper-terminal.”

      You can try calling Avaya Support and they should be able to help you reset the password.

        Or you could just reset the password through the phoneset on x10 or x11.
