IP Office Outlook Integration

Hi,
I have installed the IP Office Plug-in for MS Outlook and am having issues with the realtime visibility of other users presence. When I compare the presence indication in Outlook with that of the web version of One-X Portal, the indication is not the same. The web based One-X Portal works fine but the Outlook plug-in does not.

Is anyone having this or any others?
