    IPOffice 500 Sip trunk incoming call problem

    I want to connect Cisco CCM and IPOffice

    I Have IPO 500V2 soft 8.0(16)
    I create SIP trunk as writen in http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100157032

    Calls from IPO to CCM work good.

    Calls from CCM to IPO not work

    In IPO log i see that IPO answer to CCM
    "SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable"

    CCM have IP 192.168.52.252, telephone number 121
    IPO have IP 192.168.42.1, telephone number 114

    I need help. Thanks

      Can you post all SIP Messages for a call from CCM to IPO. Invite, ect...

        Try tu use *

        in page 17 Is not the good way for some carrier
