Phone Manager Pro

We are currently looking for replacement software for Phone Manager Pro. We are running version 4.2.37 and we are having nothing but problems with this. We are a small law firm and we need to capture the owner's phone records, and only his. We are able to do this while Phone Manager Pro is running, but if it crashes, the computer gets turned off, of something else similar to that we have problems. At this point any advice is helpful.

The ultimate reason for this is that we lost about 2 1/2 months of data because it looks like it never wrote to the data files.

The cheapest solution would be to install the Delta Server and use it to capture the SMDR of the whole system. You can then filter out all but the person you want from the SMDR output.
