What is the latest 5621phone remote VPN Firmware and where is it available?

We have an IP Office 500 v8 and the call quailty is terrible. The 9600 phone call quality was also poor prior to upgrading from v7 to v8.

5621 Remote VPN Firmware

If you look on the Administration DVD or in the download you should see a sub folder named bin. Under that you should see a sub folder VPN Phone and inside that folder you will see the most receient bin files for that release for the 46/5600 series VPN phones. Note the 9600 have the VPN client built in so they did not need special bin files. Please note that the bin files haven't changed since 2007 for these phones and they probably will not unless there is an issue that requires an updated bin file.
