Need help setting up conference bridge with access code

I need some help creating a conference bridge for several user with a differenct access code for each person,

I am running voicemail pro 6.18 on sbs 2003 and also have ccr on a similar machine, my avaya hardware is IP Office 500 v1 and v2,

I have one conference bridge module in my voicemail pro client that was setup during instalation of the system, and I have created a new module with the same components, but I dont see it as an option in the destination drop down list for incoming route in the manager

what step am I missing?

It is hard to say without seeing the working Voicemail Pro call flow and the IP Office Manager configuration file but the Voicemail Pro call flow should end with a transfer action and the destination of the transfer action should go to a system short code that has been setup in Manager on the IP Office. What you need to be looking at is the transfer action destination in the working Voicemail Pro call flow to determine what system Short Code it is accessing. The feature of the system Short code is going to be "Conference meet-me". It can be a single number or it can have wild card characters in the Short Code. For example the SC could be 555 or it could be 5XX. 555 is one single SC/conference bridge. 5XX allows you to dial any number between 500 and 599 giving you 100 conference bridges. Look at the working VMPRO call flow destination and then go into Manager and look at the system SCs for any SCs that has "Conference meet-me" as the SC feature. In the Voicemail Pro call flow transfer action the destination could be a single number or it could be $KEY and it would be collecting digits from a previous call flow like a Menu Action.

Please note that there is not a default "Conference meet-me" short code, it would have to have been created when the system was installed or when the VMPRO call flow was created. If you need to create a new SC in the IP Office Manager make sure it does not conflict with existing SCs or extension numbers (because you will not be able to dial it, it will always ignore the SC and connect to the User or Hunt Group extension before it would connect to the SC and if it matches another SC it may stop that SC from working). After creating the SC try to dial it from a phone on the system. If you hear a beep and the display shows you in a conference or you join from another extension and can talk to each other then try from the VMPRO call flow. There are 2 ways to access a VMPRO call flow. One is to create an Incoming Call Route in Manager and point the destination to your VMPRO call flow, Example: VM:MyCallFlow and the other is to create a system SC and the telephone number would be "MyCallFlow" and the feature would be Voicemail Collect. The ICR allows you to access the call flow by dialing a telephone number from outside the system, example a DID number, the SC allows you to access the call flow from a phone on the system.
