Need help forwarding calls to cell ph.

"Replace batteries with power on", means exactly that. On the processor, the center gray card in the phone 5 slot carrier, has a battery compartment on the bottom. There are 2 AAA batteries there. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS WITH POWER ON. If you dont, you will erase all programming.
To do Remote Call Forward, you need a partner ACS R6 or above.
You said that you have r5 partner messaging, but what about the processor?
From a display phone press FEATURE 59, it will display "PACS.....". If it is not R6 or above, you can not do it.
