We have IP Office 8.0, analog lines with VM Pro and 1408 telephones. The customer has complained of daily occurances of telephones speakerphones turning on and the telephone makes a call. The calls seems to be to someone they've dialed before, or is in the speed dial directory and could even be an internal call. Some of the outside called parties have told us that upon answering the call they hear a personal mailbox greeting. I am looking for possible causes and methods besides sitting at the monitor screen waiting for it to happen.
