Inbound cellphones calls routed to VoiceMail

    Hello, guys

I've got a problem. I have a client that has 3 analog trunks connected to three small gateways with their cell phone chips. The outbound cell phones calls are routed by that gateways. However, the client wants that someone who has the cell phone number of the chips can call to that number and then it will respond the Auto Attendant.

I've configured an incoming route with the cell phone number in the incoming number field, and the destination is VM:AA (AA is the name of the module in the VMPro autoattendant).

    However it doesn't work!

    Help me, please.

I apologize for my english (I'm not a native speaker)

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

What I can suggest is, try an alternate way as follows :

    1) In the destination field of the incoming call route, set a code or your choice or something like "*33" or whatever.
    2) Then in the "System Short codes" create this short code that you have specified in the destination field as above.
    3) For this short code use the feature as "Voicemail node" from the drop down menu and the in the "Telephone Number" field give the name of the module as "AA" which you have created in the VM Pro.
Note : In the VM Pro, you would need to assign this module to the Short code which you have just created.
    4) Keep the "Line group Id" as "0" in the system short code.

Save the changes and then try making the incoming call.
