IPOffice R8(43) with SIP Trunks. Incoming calls directed to AA. No extension or Dial by name entry get recognized.

IPOffice R8 DTMF does not get recognized by embedded vm
If you create a short code to access the AA internally and dial from an extension on the system does it recognise the DTMF entries then? Is the SIP provider a DevConnect certified provider and did download the app notes and verifiy the settings?
