Flare A175 or other Videophone works with IP Office ?

    Hello,

We are looking to obtain a IP office v8.1 system. One question that I can't clarify is that would Avaya Flare A175 phone work with the system. From the manual it seems like an SIP phone. And having a SIP license should be sufficient. But I migh be wrong. Does any one using this configuration? Any other videphones compatible with IP Office?

    Thanks.

The only Flare for IP Office at this time is for the iPad and Windows - see this link:

      Kirk,

Thank you this is very useful! Do you know if there are any plans to implement support for A175 or any other desk videophones? I was looking to place actual video devices on the users desks vs. having iPads or laptops.

      Thanks.

Even more important we will soon be supporting Radvision SCOPIA!

In case you missed the memo:

We've announced that there will be interoperability between IP Office 8.1 and Radvision's SCOPIA endpoints. Are we on track to make this target by the end of 2012?
Interoperability testing with IP Office 8.1 and Radvision's Scopia endpoints is currently under way. We are on track to support IP Office 8.1 interoperability with the XT1200, XT4200, and XT5000 solutions by the end of September. Following that, we plan to support IP Office 8.1 interoperability with the Elite MCU Q1FY13.
