We have a H323 (G729) line to a cisco system in our IP Office 500v2 system, everything works well but DTMF tones are not recognized when the call is initiated in a cisco ip phone... I found a "no connection point found" on traces and playtune never generates the tone
Does anybody knows what "no connection point found" means?
