I have 4 slots in our chassis and the cards that came with the unit are 2 Combo Card ATM4-PcS08 and 1 EXTN Card DGTL StA8-PcS04 and 1 EXTN Card ETR6 PcS04,question i have is is what slots do these cards go in ?

IP 500 Chassi Cards
Those cards can go into any slot in any order. The only caveat is which extension card, DS8 or combo or ETR6 should be put in first. The operator 0 will be the first extension on the system so the card that has that extension should be the first card on the system.

AutoAttendant is active
when we have auto attendant active,and we call the auto attendant line and the auto attendant does pickup and when we hang up the phone after listening to the message after about 10 or 15 seconds it rings back on line 1 that has the auto attendant on it not sure why it trys to ring it back and when we pick up the line all we get is re order,any help on this would be great.Comment
