I have a problem with recording a conversation on a transfered call .
the voice goes in and out during the conversation and im not sure if its the fact that the system does not perform a blind transfer but a conference treatment.
I have it set up to transfer in the call pilot but it teats the transfer as a conference and i think this is the problem.
any ideas?
