    IP office Auto Attendant

    When we have auto attendant active,and we call the auto attendant line and the auto attendant does pickup and when we hang up the phone after listening to the message after about 10 or 15 seconds it rings back on line 1 that has the auto attendant on it not sure why it trys to ring it back and when we pick up the line all we get is re order,any help on this would be great.

    Hi, If you're using Analogue lines the most probable cause is down to the disconnect clear not being recognised by the IP Office. I suggest that you check the Analogue lines.

      jrs9 I believe is right. Contact your LEC and verify/order disconnect supervision on all lines.
