One-x portal 8.1 and Exchange user calendar

Hy,
I would to sync the state of the user in exchange calendar with One-X Portal. The reason is when the user is out (state off in exchange calendar) the call go to the voiceMail or the call forwarding.
It-s possible?

And I don't find how the one-x know the mail address of this user in exchange?

but to clarify the answer, no. IPO can (right now) NOT route calls based on what the Outlook calendar says. Maybe with the new feature pack coming and the introduction of Lync integration this will be possible in the future.....
