Manage call forwards from one extension to others

Hi Guys:

I have a request that seems a little complicated. The recepcionist of the office has an 1616-I and a BSM32 module. So, she wants to manage and create call forwards to other extensions (like the CEO's) from her phone. Is this possible?

Can anyone help me?
