Tow Questions about SCN

Hello all

I have tow IPOffice Rls 8.1 with a SCN. This lines are G729 in cause of the bandwidth. Can I send my Fax over this line or is it better to go over the provider.
And my second question is, is it possible to programm a alternative Routing when the SCN Line is interrupted.

I think you can send faxes if you want. Just enable "Fax transport support" on your SCN line and test it.

Alternate routing is only possible when you have a resilliant configuration with corresponding SCN line.

Yes, you can set ARS to timeout to whatever trunk you want...doesnt have to be SCN.

Fax transport over H.323 SCN trunks is only supported with the G.711 codec
