Short code and Speed dial problems

Hi There, is it possible to use the (speed dial) short code in conjunction with the dirctory number on a user that is barred via outgoing barr or via the user right?
i have set a system short code eg: CODE *7N
    FEATURE: SPEED DIAL
    TELEPHONE NUMBER N
this works fine with the users that have no barring level but with the users that are barred they cant use this function.
    The system is a IPO 500v2 version 8.1 (52).
the problem i also have is , if i put the 500+ speed dial under the user rights and save it off line, my manager tool won't alow me to save the config properly. it will come up with an error message and then save. if i open the config again in offline, then all the user rights that i created is gone.
    Please help...

You can use the "Force Account Code" tick box in the users short code to make the user enter a password in order to dial out....
