Ipoffice and Goldmine

Hey Guys,

Been strugling with the following issue.

Company uses goldmine 9.x
we jsut got an avaya ip office 500 v2 phone system.

what we need is to be able to dial out through goldmine using eitehr a tapi link or (not sure about this ) sip?

If Goldmine is TAPI compliant you may be able to use a 3rd party DevConnect solution like Telcomp's PickUpIP or RSI's Visual Rapport. Or you may even be able to use the free Avaya IP Office TAPI Lite software that comes on the User CD.
