uc module boot problem on ipo 500v2 8.0.18 and 80.0.53

i am useing ipo 500v2 firmware v.8.0.18 then 8.0.51 in both case i am unabale to log in uc module ,but in sys.tsatus showing boot failure it wasthe probmel in uc module firmware or ipo 500v2 firmware issue ,i connect the HDMI monito to HDMI port of uc module but no signal is comming to the monitor

Is the light on the front of the UCM on?

I would reimage the UCM....
