    IPO 500 With CISCO 2811 SIP Trunk Call Drop after 20 Sec

    Hi,
    We have successfully connected multiple Avaya IPO 500 V1 and V2 with Cisco 2811 via SIP trunks. Everything is fine with Avaya IPO 500 V2 R8 but with Avaya I PO 500 V1 R5 outgoing calls get disconnected after 20 seconds. There is no firewall. Could any one help me in this regard.

    Why not upgrade the r5 to r8?

      because R8 requires IP End Point Licenses whereas R5 does not.
