In IP Office Manager, look at the User | Announcement settings. -
The problem on announcement that the waiting message is played even that the extension lines are idle,
I just want the waiting message to be played when any line on the extension is not idle.
NB: The extensions have three call appearance buttons.Comment

Splitting hairs here, but if the user is available, what does it matter that the call "could" get to the waiting message, as the user should be answering the call. so what does it matter if the phone is idle. if it is idle, when it rings, answer it.Comment
