Mobile Type Phone for Switchboard

Am looking for a mobile type phone that our switchboard/Receptionist can use as she will be taking on other duties and will not be able to sit at the phone all the time. IP 500, Currently useing a 5420 phone

Hi,

I quite understand your query.

There are 2 ways to accomplish the same.
1.) One-X mobile (one-X mobile client installed on certain suppoted mobile handset)
2.) DECT phones(DECT R4 with atleast one base-station)
3.) 3645 Wi-fi phones but it requires an additional hardware called AVPP.

If you have further queries on the same feel free to open a case with AVAYA.
