Call details CCR report includes unwanted data

Hello ,
I am using IP Office 500 v2 with CCR Version 8.0.11.16 and One-x Version: 8.0.105.10

When generating a report with The CCR , I can't export it to MIcrosoft excel's format

OS : Microsoft 2008 r2 64 bit
SQL : Microsoft SQL server edition

When I'm trying to generate a "Call details" CCR report broken down by user and filtered to a specific list of users, I'm not only getting the requested data: some of it has to do with users outside the list, and they bear no link with targeted users (they aren't about transferred calls or anything like that).

We just migrated from version 7.0.4.2 to 8.0.11.16 (upgrade only, same database)

Please turn of the UAC controls.

Login on the server and follow this instruction:

Control Panel -> System Advanced -> "Environment Variables" button -> Go to System Variable Select "Path" -> and press edit Select "Variable Value" field Go to the end of this field and enter a [;] followed by the "Path" info: c:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86

This should fix the problem.
It could be that the server needs a reboot.

i follow your instructions and i have changed the environnement

in the field , C:\Program Files(x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86[;]

also i try it : [;]C:\Program Files(x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86


after i have reboot the server and the problem is the same .

i look the report correctly but excel export no working.

this message is generated :

the windows shield is also power off

when i send a report in excel by mail , an erreur as occured.
