Install OneX Portal 8.1.9228

Hello Community

I have a problem with the installation from the latest Portlsoftware (8.1.9228). I get a message "The Administrator has set the policies to prevent this installation".
I have a new VM and i installed the Voicemailpro and onex-Portal 8.1.7810 on the VM. There wasn't no problem by the installation. After this, i installed the newest Portalsoftware and i got the massage.
Does anyone know, why this massage came or what i can do to install the Portal Software.

Whoever runs that PC set it into non, admin control. You must have admin rights to install 1xp.

The user have admin rights and i installed the preview version without any problem. This is only on the latest.
