Is there a way to exclude or turn off the entire directory from being shown without checking Ex Directory within every user profile?
I have an SCN, however the systems are mirrored for redundancy can I turn off one of the directories. The problem we are having is the directory shows each user twice since the phones are looking at both systems.
Example I have site A, Site B: the phones in site An I don’t want them to look at the phones in site B.

You can not duplicate extensions or users or hunt groups in a SCN and you do not need to, you just need to setup a resilient SCN network and tell the IP Office to backup the phones. If one IP Office fails the phones can automatically register to the other system and you do not need to create a user or extension on the other site.

By the way, the way you have it programmed is not supported. You can not have duplicate extensions or hunt groups or names if you network them together in a SCN.
