Fairly new to the Avaya phone scene so bare with me on explanation of the issue we are having.
Basically we are having an issue with our web services CCRWevClient that has been stopping on a daily basis. We are able to get to the IPOCCRAppPool to restart it, but the issue recurs.
When checking the event viewer clearly everyday around 8am this Avaya IPOCCR client has stopped.
Any thoughts on this??
