    SMDR Not logging all calls

    Hi all, I am hoping someone can help with this because my calls to BT have been less than helpful.

    We accept incoming calls on a series of numbers (e.g.)

    01222 345600 to 01222 345699 (so 100 numbers in total)

    from what I can tell, all calls are getting logged via SMDR except for those made to 01222 345600 (which is annoying because it's our most frequently used number and it's messing with the monthly reports I generate.

    all numbers go to a hunt group (1000) except for 01222 345601 which goes to another hunt group (1001), I've no idea if that's relevant, but I've seen evidence of successful logging with calls to both hunt groups.
