Dear Avaya,
We have SIP trunks configured between Avaya IP Office 500 (release 8.0) and Asterisk. The Asterisk version is 1.6.2.22. The SIP trunk (at Asterisk end) receives the call from Avaya. Then we play our IVR and afterwards we need to transfer to an agent/softphone on Avaya IP Office, so we use the Transfer (SIP REFER) but this transfer is not working.
I got the logs from Monitor, it receives a SIP REFER request from the Asterisk side, but then a line appears (in the log) that "Blind transfer is not allowed on trunks".
I have uploaded the complete logs here at http://pastie.org/pastes/8127325/text.
This message appears at line 347.
Any idea what to do? Does this mean that I don't have enabled SIP REFER on my IP Office side? (Though we have enabled REFER support, both Incoming and Outgoing.)
Would appreciate your input on this.
Thanks.
