Im having issues trying to ping the IP Office from a different subnet.
Setup:
Small Business Server is on VLAN20
IP Office 500 and phones are on VLAN10
SBS Server is connected to a Cisco switch and routed through a Fortigate 100D to the IPO
Firewall allows all traffic and protocols from VLAN20-10
I can ping every device on VLAN10 from VLAN20 except for the IPO.
I can ping every device on VLAN20 from VLAN10.
I can ping the server and IPO from the firewall.
I have set up my laptop with the same IP address as the IPO and plugged into the same port on the switch using the same cable for the IPO. I can ping my laptop from the server.
I have searched google for answers and just it always says the issue is with the IP Routes in the IPO, I have tried the suggested setting to set a route as 0.0.0.0, 0.0.0.0, default gateway. and still cannot ping from server to IPO. The company that set up the IPO claims it is our routing. Any other ideas?
