    ip office

    customer has ip office 500v2 version 6.122

    they have employees offsite that want to use the phones at home. (9630/9650)

    how can i get this to happen? i was told static ip? vpn?....

    help!

    Hi - I am going to try and have this thread moved to the SMB forum as it pertains to IP Office. You've probably figured this out now but there are two methods to achieve remote workers - installing an SBC on the customer site or using VPN.

      Actually - just noticed the software you are using = 6.1. You wouldn't be able to use SBC. VPN only for you.
