IP offc (basic) dial-number fail to configure

Hi Guys,

We have newly installed IP office under basic mode version 8.1(43), trying to configure the dialing rule for outgoing as dialing "9" .From the Menu/ trunk/outbound calling parameter up to ARS seletor table can be configured but,when I proceed to next step which is the Dial-number were not able to Fill-up or rather make some changes in the form. And even the form is high lighted you can not put any number or character.

kindly, help us or guide us to resolve this issue.

We done some update from 8.1(43)- (69) is still the same.

Check in your dial Plan that if you have entered 9 as a fac and if no then add it and try to configure in ars table.

This is an IP Office in Basic Edition mode so that answer is not correct.

Presumably the System Mode is set to PBX and the Outside Line set to 9.

Any answer to the above i have this issue on IP Office 8.1(43)

Found the solution to this, changed the config mode to Key, saved, then went back and changed to PBX and i was able to manipulate the ARS and Dial Table.

Now, cant figure out how to send Local Traffic to one Line and Cell Traffic to Different Line.
