    Combo Card 700704556 Modem Issues

    We have a customer that has a large number of these systems being deployed with the dial in modem being used when the WAN is down or unavailable. The new combo card modem fails to connect or disconnects shortly after connecting. We have used this config for several years with the older combo cards, but now we are unable to use this feature.

    Has anyone experienced this issue and been able to resolve it?

    I am experiencing this issue as well. In fact I have caused the line to be locked up and the customer is unable to answer that line without a reboot of the IP500V2. I have called tech support and they say there are no known issues and refer to the REMOTE ADMIN guide.
    Any resolve would be greatly appreciated.
