We are using IPO 500 V.1 with Manager 5.0(26). When looking at the help associated, I can see that when building an ARS form it's possible to select another ARS form as Line Group ID. But when I try to do that on my system, I don't have the option to select an ARS form as Line Group ID. This is only possible when building a Short Code, but not when filling up a short code table within an ARS form. Is that normal due to the version of my Manager?
BTW, can someone here direct me where I can find many sample of ARS form, I'm having problem to build ARS forms to route International calls to particular trunks depending on country codes.
