i have a peculiar problem , i have a VMPro that only routes to the out of hours menu ,even though the working hours time is correct .i double check and triple checked the conditions thoroughly , i double checked the connections to ensure that they are connected . can anyone help me ?

Probably only if you make the configuration file and VMPro .mdb file available. Otherwise it could be anywhere.
