    IP Office Embedded VM forward to directly to extension voicemail

    This is the current setup:

    Night Service Off: Caller dials in >> rings 7 times to hunt group >> AA picks up. Can dial by extension, dial * to dial by name, or stay on line to leave message. After 5 second delay, forwards to extension 10, rings, plays extension 10 voicemail.

    Night Service On: Same as above, except goes directly to AA without the 7 rings to hunt group.

    What I'm looking to do is, instead of it ringing at extension 10 and then going to extension 10's voicemail, I'd like the AA to transfer DIRECTLY to extension 10s voicemail... Is there any way to achieve this?

    The timeout destination of an Auto Attendant call is the Fallback Extension in the Incoming Call Route.

    Here's how I handle that. Create a shortcode, *699, Voicemail Collect, "#"10, which will cause your call to go directly mailbox 10 when you dial *699.

    Next create a User, name it General Mailbox, extension number 699, and Forward it Unconditionally to *699. Calling Ext. 699 will go directly to mailbox 10.

    Now in the Incoming Call Route, for the Fallback Extension, select Ext. 699 General Mailbox.
