i am upgrading a ip office R7.0 to R8.0 but the upgrade is fail because the it can't found some .bin files from the primary folder from the ip office admin DVD.and i also install the upgrade license R8.0 (5) and essential edition and R8+ Preferred Edition (VM Pro). need some help fast.

If you upgraded you manager, by installing the r8 admin program, you should have all files.
Check your working directory and make sure that it is pointing to your manager directory. -

i check my working directory and it is fine. what i notice is the file that the upgrade is searching for it cannot find it in c
rogram files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager. for example the upgrade is searching for a "9500R39.bin" and what is in the crogram files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager is a"9500R37"

No i didn't upgrade the manager.i install the manager from R8.0 DVD.
do i need to upgrade the manager to the latest version manager.
am using the manager as the ftp server.
the release on ip office is R7.0 (36) am trying to upgrade IPO LIC UPG R8.0(5) .

First you upgrade the manager software to 8.0 and then try upgrading.
