You can try increasing the gain on the extension within the manager. Be very careful though as you could introduce echo if they are IP phones. It may be worthwhile asking your Tier 1 Business Partner to run the impendence tests on the analogue trunks as this, by running a series of background tests on your lines, will give you the best values for the trunks installed.Andrew Nash | Global SMB Services Leader | Global Support Services | Avaya |
