What kind of trunks/lines to the phone company do you have? If analog loop start trunks, you must check the box for Allow Trunk to Trunk connect on the Analogue options tab of the lines.
Then it is just a matter of pressing Transfer, and dialing the outside telephone number (remembering to include anything else that you normally dial, such as 9)
You can also create a phantom User, and unconditionally forward all calls to that extension to the external number. Then just transfer to the extension number as normal.
You can also use this phantom User in your incoming call route to send the incoming call to the external number without any intervention.
Thank you it works!, and the phantom user is a great idea. I going to need change my autoattendand but I didn't have the software and I haven't support with my avaya re-seller, do you know what is the software to create or modify the autoattendant and I need be partner or something to get a license?.
