how can you change a user mailbox personal greeting from voicemail Pro but not from the user phone.the reason been is that i have a some greeting which were record by a professional person and they are store on voicemail pro sever.

Either allow the professional voice to call in remotely (you will have to have remote voicemail access for this) or have them record the wav file per the requirements below, and put the file in the greetings folder, naming it correctly for the user.
WAV Files
The file properties should be: PCM, 8kHz 16-bit, mono, maximum length 90 seconds (30 seconds on non-IP500 systems, 600 seconds on Linux based systems). that greeting folder u talking is it on ip office system or on the voicemail pro.
