Page All line is busy

Our customer has an IP Office 500 V2

Recently their page all has gone down, and I need troubleshooting help getting them back up. Today while I was here they tried it and it came up as "Line Busy".

I need to get some information on what the best solution to this problem is, especially as this is my first time with this particular system. Thanks

Sounds like external (loudspeaker) paging, which uses a trunk port to interface, and the paging system did not release the last call.

Power cycle the phone system, or momentarily disconnect and reconnect the line cord between the phone system and the paging system to see if that will reset it.

So sorry this took so long to get back to this. I did try and reset the power today, and left it offline for about 30 seconds, then plugged it back in. Let the system do a reboot and the same issue is gong on. I have no experience with this system, so even getting into the GUI to is a mystery to me at the moment. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
