what is the default voice mail password for the IP Office 9508 telephone.

New at this and I'm trying to get into my voice mail

There is NO default password on a voicemail, the first time you log in, when prompted to enter your password and press #, you simply press # and are prompted to create a new password.

If you are trying to log into an existing mailbox with an unknown password, using the Manager application, you can erase the current password, log in with just # for the password, and then create a new one.

IP Office 500 v2, control unit cannot access

i have purchase new Avaya ip office 500 v2, I connect with my ip office manager 8.1. through LAN. it is connected with control unit and show default IP. but could not accept user name and password. Error is "fail to login, cause no common compatibility"
