    IPO 500v1 R9.0 One-X incorrect call state

    G'day all,

    Ran into what appears to be an intermittent issue with One-X (v9.0.0 build 523) where the portal client will indicate that the user is still on a call when they are actually not. I've had a couple users that are trialing it (five on two sites) report this issue.

    Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there a fix? If not, suggestions as to where to look to resolve?

    If you haven't already I would suggest that you upgrade to the R9 service pack that was released last week. You will probably find that the issue is resolved by installing that SP.

    IP Office Release 9.0 Service Pack 1 incorporates new software for:

      Thanks nash. I wasn't aware of the SP1 release. I can't seem to find the fix/changelog for SP1 and tech bulletin 160 doesn't give me that, nor does a document search or the web support chat. Do you or anyone else have knowledge of this?
