    IPO Contact Store is not comprising wav files

    Hello,

    Suddenly CS stops pulling wav files from VRL directory, and no records are shown on web administration page.

    Files in VRL directory are present, and VMPRO and CS runs on the same server Windows 2008.

    The message error in CS: Failed to compress audio file for recording. Reason: Not available.

    Any help will be appreciated.

      I am having the exact same issue. processes 1000's of calls then just stops. any solution
