Server Edition is not playing VMPRO greeting

I have IP Office Server Edition 8.1.73 installed and working. The issue I am getting at the moment is that whenever my secondary server takes up the control, it doesnot play the VMPRO greeting and all calls landing on secondary VMPRO machine got disconnected. When I login the VMPRO client, I can see the call routing menus similar to the ones on Primary server.

    Any idea.

Please also note that I have enabled Resilience feature between both servers.

    Thanks in advance

Sorry, meant to add something before posting.

find your shortcut for VM Pro client, and right click on it, and select properties.
      Under TARGET enter "<space>-displaysession" ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VoicemailPro.exe" -displaysession)

Now, when you log into VM Pro client on the Primary server, and go to DISTRIBUTED VOICEMAILS, you will see the status of the Sync (Result should be "Up-ToDate")
