Have an older Lucent branded Partner 18 system, (programming manual I have is ATT branded). We are moving offices temporarily and need to put two of the phones on one line (extension). Is this possible, and how?

On a Partner system you can't put 2 multiline telephones on the same extension port, however you CAN put 1 multiline and 1 single-line telephone together.
What is your application? Perhaps you could put Ext. 18 and another extension number into one of the 4 calling groups and call that group instead of 18. The 4 groups are 71, 72, 73, and 74. The only drawback would be voicemal coverage if you need it. -
Thanks, that is what I thought. Simple is better. Only one extension in the temp office so will share the phone until we move back to the new offices! Thanks.
