IPO 500 Expansion module not connect

Dear All,
help me , my avaya IPO 500 Exp mod Phone 30, suddenly not connect to my control unit, LED is green flash, i was try connect via DTS/console, and type AT-X, now LED change to RED, please give me advice

By typing AT-X through the DTE you have wiped the firmware and you will need to reload it. That is why it is now showing a red LED. You will need to reload the firmware in order to resolve the problem. Please visit the IP Office knowledge base which will help you if you are unsure how to do that?
