IN IP OFFICE 500 ESSENTIAL EDITION I wanted to have a correct short code for "dial Extn Short code" my client want from internal extensions, if he press "0" will dial directly to the reception extentions, I create new short code for dial exnt like that :
Short Code: 0?D
Feature: DialExtn
Telephone Number: 100
Line Group ID: 0
if someone from internal press "0" will be dial to extension of huntgroup of reception wish is "100".
note: i have two extension in this huntgroup of reception (110-112)===>100
I want to know if my short code is correct like that or not ?
